So I grew up in a house with French doors. They opened up onto a sun drenched balcony framed by a black ornate wrought iron balustrade which overlooked a rock garden with an old copper tub for a fish pond that was filled with lily pads and Koi (we called them goldfish). It had chicken wire fixed over the top to keep the cat out. I love French doors with all the whimsy they create. So here's a few I have collected for you from Pinterest...
Just a hint of colour on one wall can be enough...especially in a bedroom...keep it subtle and light (I'm going through a pastel fase at the moment) and remember spring is on it's way...
